And this is why I only use ocado; their site will tell you immediately if anything is out of stock; while ordering and offer you substitutions there and then, and at least with the stuff we buy; its cheaper than ASDA or tesco. I had it up to here with other supermarkets when we got our last delivery from Tesco (never again, this was three or four years ago now) and not only did they make stupid substitutions but we used to have the delivery driver pop the stuff directly in the kitchen without bags and he put some glass bottles of passatta into the sink (why????); smashing them everywhere, mumbled something about being able to get a refund for those and legged it pronto.
