asthmatic help for flu/cold symptoms? im dying :(

hi ladies, im writing from what feels like my death bed right now

i have asthma and this morning ive woken up with either an almighty cold or the flu. my whole body aches, im practically eating my inhalers to be able to breathe, which im worried about as i dont know if i can overdose on them?? (anyone know about this) if i keep this up il be in hospital byt he end of the night on nebulisers

anyway every packet my boyfriend has read today at the shop for cold or flu remedies has said not suitable to take during pregnancy. has anyone come across something that is safe to use or any home remedies that help? im in the uk btw

My nurse told me that my inhaler is okay while pregnant, but to go easy on it.

As for home remedies, not a lot to offer. I'll usually drink herbal tea with lemon and honey, take nice hot showers, and use a humidifier with Vicks in it to help with congestion and nosebleeds.

Vicks on your feet yes I said on your feet should help stop a cough and should help clear your airways. I have asthma to go easy on the blue double up on your preventer don't forget to drink water
