At what age does a baby become a toddler?

I think once they're walking. Because they 'toddle'!

I always thought it was when they start walking but my mum thinks anything between 1-3 is classed as a toddler confusing much lol!!

Whenever i think of a toddler i always think of a 1year-3 year old for some reason x
