Apparantly, walking and ball bouncing really does work to turn them :)

I was doing it, but didn't think it was helping. However my bigger than average transverse baby, who was expected not to turn.....is HEAD DOWN.

He's also dropping thanks to it. :)

Cool! Good for you!

I wish I knew where this baby was positioned. No one's been able to tell me so far.

Mazzy-- Alot of places won't tell you when you're less than 35-36 weeks, because they can turn so easily, and really, they can turn right up until the time.

I was "lucky" and found out, only because he's a chunker and they didn't think he'd have room to turn much past this point. So looks like he made it just in time.

Apparently leaning over a sink does it too they get extra room cos of gravity and they can turn. Good luck!

Walking certainly didnt help me!!

I am a high-school teacher so on my feet 9am-3.30pm all day, full-time til 38wks and it didnt keep LO from getting stuck in breech position.

I am convinced that as I was on my feet so much the gravity allowed LO to wedge its bum right into my pelvis and it got stuck there!

I also done the ball, squatting, crawling, hand/headstands etc from 28wks on and that didnt help.

I have another breech and am trying all the same things but with no luck.

I am going to ask doc for moxibustion next week.

I have a small bump and small baby yet that didnt even help!:flower:
