Avatar not working?

I'm currently feeling quite chuffed with myself, because (albeit with a lot of help, sighs and tuts from MrBum) I have managed to make myself an animation of Anna rolling over!!

However, it won't work as an avatar

It should look like this:

Is it too big, or can you just not have animated avatars on bnb?

I had that happen once. all I did was try again uploading from pc then it worked.

since the last upgrade animated avatars aren't able to be uploaded anymore.
