awful headache

I've had headaches for a few weeks now, they are usually mild and go after a while today it's awful really sore head, I'm not hungry have drank 2 litres of water and keep peeing it back out. It makes me feel more nauseous and is awful I suffered headaches in previous pregnancies.

Does anyone know if it's OK to take paracetamol in the first trimester? Have read yes some places no others?

It is safe to paracetamol in pregnancy at any point. I'm with you there Hun. Never had headaches like it! Makes my head feel like it's only to pop.
