Awful headaches :-(

anyone else getting awful headaches ? Had one yesterday so bad that I had to go to bed at 5.30 I couldn't even move my head and today I've been up all night with one along with terrible jaw pain.
I'm feeling so rotten and I've now got to go to work.
The jaw pain is most likely because I've been clenching all night from the headache . I've only just took some paracetamol because I really had too but worried about taking any more

Any paracetamol is fine as long as you're only taking it as recommended on the packet (I think every 4 hours) - but if they're anything like the headaches I've been getting, you might just have to wait it out. Hope you feel better soon

You can take tylonel, or use an ice pack. If they are tension headaches you can try going for a massage.

Think I might just be coming down with something ladies, been feeling awful all day, I really struggled in work. Stinking cold & ear pain too. Off to bed with me now and a sick day tomorrow I think.
