B&M return policy?

Hiya, I bought a kitchen for my LO's birthday and started setting it up this morning.... its 3+ and tiny!! He's bigger than it so I wanna return it, but don't have the receipt as I bought it a few weeks ago will they at least exchange it for something else?

They should do, we bought DS a walking dog from there a couple of weeks ago, got it home, it didn't work!!

Took it back a week later, they just gave him another, never asked for the receipt.

they will probably give you a credit note.
We took some un opened wallpaper back and because I didn't have the receipt they would only offer a credit note or exchange.

Theyll exchange it but won't refund without reciept
