B6, B12 and Bcomplex shots????

Has anyone had these shots before...
OH has been injecting me with B12 and Bcomplex now for 1 month and it has helped alot but i am looking at adding the B6 with it...

Anyone????????

Ive recently just been diagnosed with pernicious anaemia and am therefore unable to absorb b12 through tablets/food and have been prescribed B12 injections 3 monthly for life.


Have u been prescribed these injections by a doctor? You say they have helped you alot? In what respect? What made u take them? xoxo

The combo has helped me with my weight loss and energy during the day as i know my metabolism is NON existing.... And we are lucky as i get it over the counter at the chemist and OH injects me....
My house looks like a drugies house some days as i burn all my needles and cyringes... so keep them in a bottle till enough for a huge fire....

I think the Dr. Bernstein diet involves the same type of shots, I heard those specific vitamins are great for your energy level!
