B6 Question for short Luteal Phase

Hi again - so sorry I have two questions ..

I ordered Vitamin B-6 for my short Luteal Phase. it will arrive tomorrow, which is AF due day/10DPO. Do I start taking it right away? Is this B-6 stuff the type of thing you only take before or after ovulation or do you take it every day and it's fine?

I took 50mg a day with one B complex (I read that there is little point taking B6 without the complex) and took it straight away. Some people say it delayed their ovulation but mine went from ovulating on cycle day 21 to cycle day 15. I think it extended my LP by 1-2 days from a 9/10 day LP- Good luck!!

ps. I got pregnant after 3 months taking it
