Baby acne

So my lo has baby acne which has been getting progressively worse over the last week. It is only on her face, is there anything I can do to try and clear it up a bit? It doesn't seem to be bothering her but it looks awful! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

just use cooled boiled water on cottonwool and wipe - its normal and will be gone by about 5-6 weeks hun

Are you breastfeeding? my lo has the same but now that I'm mix feeding it seems to have cleared up loads.

I was just told to leave it alone, it will clear up by itself.

i bfed for ab out a week but am on formula now.

avoid creams with perfumes, and it'll go away on it's own in a couple weeks. Don't be surprised if it spreads to her chest. it started on my LOs face and spread to his tummy / chest and it's pretty much gone now, we used Aveeno baby cream on him which didn't seem to aggravate it at all.

I know it looks terrible..Noah had this too and he looked like a spotty little rat (god bless him), it did clear up - by 6 weeks i think. He has beautiful skin now. x
