I read on another site that it improves blood low in the womb and improves uterus lining?

Does anyone take it? Any advice?

I take it! I've also heard that it improves bloodflow and lining. I take it due to previous MCs, dr said it won't harm and may even help. I've had no side effects with it at all but it's always best to let your GP know and ask their advice

I have started taking it also due to previous miscarriages. No symptoms but also I agree that you should let your doctor know. X

I've just started taking it this month too due to previous miscarriages, havent seen my doctor yet to discuss it with them, but really should!

I also have jst started this since my last MC..The fertility midwife I spoke to said there is not enough evidence to suggest that it 100% works but then there is also no evidence to say that it doesnt, she said it wouldnt do me any harm to try it. I have heart conditions too and it is fine to take for me. Only thing I have noticed is bleeding gums..?

Folate ( folic acid also helps with the uterus lining) not drinking caffeine also helps in early pregnancy. it has been linked to higher cases of miscarriage because it can weaken the uterus lining in some women. But talk to your doctor or health care provider before taking or not taking any type of medication while pregnant.
