Baby being very sick :(

My lo had his 12 wk injections yesterday and seemed ok yesterday. Today he has been very sick during his feeding like mid feed he just unlatchs and throws up over me. This has happened three times today. He doesn't have a temp and seems ok in his self he is sat laughing at the moment. Do u think it is cause of the injections?

Main question should i just keep feeding as normal and risk him being sick? That is my instinct as I think he needs his fluids but my mum thinks imam feeding him too much. I usuall just feed on demand.

Any advice?

I think you should call the place he had injections and ask if throwing up is a side effect, does he have a fever too? It might be best to express and give a small amount at a time, otherwise he will just keep taking a lot and then throwing it up.
As long as he has no diarrhea, he will probably not dehydrate, but keep an eye on him. If he throws up excessively, like more than once an hour, I would take him to the doctor.

No he doesn't have a temp. He wont take milk any other way than from tue boob. After his last sick about half an hour ago he seems Alot happier. Just a bit worrying. He just had the normal injections so was just wondering if anyone had experience with this

I'm afraid this is quite a common side effect with these injections; as the previous poster said if its constant or you worry LO is getting dehydrated then call your doctor, otherwise it should settle down in the next couple of days xx

My LO had about 24 hours of throwing up after getting his DTaP injection. It can be a side effect but of course when we called the pediatrician she said he must of had a virus and that it wasn't the injection but I read on the CDC's website that it can be a side effect. I just kept nursing him and finally the next night he seemed OK. He did run a fever with it also.
