I have to bragg, well i hope i'm not speaking to soon actually my baby finally has learnt how to sleep 3 solid hours strait in the middle of the night since friday : )!!

and ALMOST going back to bed right away last night we had a period of 2 hours where she wouldnt go back down and the boyfriend and I decided we would take shifts and of course as soon as 2 hours were up she goes to sleep :p lol..

I hope she can really start on this type of sleeping habit.. i kno 3 hrs isnt much but its ALOT for us specially when shes up from 1am-730am usually!! :D I find she's sleeping more during the day and its making her sleep more at night, kinda strange! but i aint complaining, shes peeing and pooing and healthy!

That's great! Hope you're enjoying the extra sleep! :D

That's great!! Don't mean to steal your thunder.. Past few nights, we've been on 4 hr shifts, from 3, she'll get up,take 20-30m to eat, and go back to sleep after.

We'll see if she keeps this as she'll be moved from sleeping in the bouncer to the crib. Been sleeping on a recliner in the parlor due to healing from the csect, so gonna be in our bed tomorow night. Fell asleep on he couch for a few hrs last night and night before.. think im ready to finally sleep in bed again!

Glad your LO is giving you a bit of a break at night. They do say that sleep breeds sleep.
We must have a good one as we normally get 10/11 - 2/3 - 6/7 at night! But the she sleeps a lot in the day too.. backing the theory :flower:

3 hours is wonderful! My LO was up hourly until about 10 weeks and I thought it was HEAVEN when she started sleeping in 3 hour stretches.

A good friend of mine with a baby was recently saying how tough it was when her LO was a newborn and only slept 3 hours at a time... I couldn't help but laugh a little :)

Please don't hate me, and I don't want to jinx it but my LO goes down after a final feed at 11pm and doesn't wake up till 5am the next morning! And she's pretty much been doing this for a good two weeks now (she's four weeks old). I really hope it lasts, and hoping that I've at last been given a good baby!! Even my two year old twins dnt STTN yet! They still wake once a night.

Woohoooooo, mellyboo! I'm so excited for you! I really hope she keeps it up, and I agree I feel like sleep breads sleep, when Rylee has a couple good naps she seems to settle down better come nighttime. =)

I was about to have a break down so it certainly does feel wonderful :)

Yay for sleep! I get none unless she's in bed with me. It saves me from killing my husband. He's no help at night cause he works early mornings!
