One day he's transverse then he's breech now he's head down which is great but he keeps going head down then changing his mind lol.. but each time he goes head down it puts pressure on my cervix causing my spd to be more painful and lots of braxton hicks!

Is anyone else having an indecisive baby? Boys hey!!! Xx

I've read it has to do with losing your center of gravity. They have yoga poses that can help you turn those babies around. Doing some balance poses should help! :flower:

Thank you Anjali i will look that up. I had been looking on spinning babies too but it says to stand on your head in a pool of water..... thats not gonna fly lol xxx

Ive just noticed its all boys who are doing this so far! Xx

I thought they didn't get into position for birth til 36 weeks or later anyways? So is it not normal that they're still changing positions??

No most babies will go head down around week 32 - 34 x

Then ya'll still have plenty of time for baby to turn head down, no? Even tho I'm pretty sure I read 36ish weeks somewhere and that lots of babies don't turn til right before birth :)

Its not that Im worried he wont its the pain that I have when he changes position. When he is transverse my tummy is hih and wide and heavy and when he goes jead down the pressure on my cervix cause a lot of strong braxton hicks as it gets ised to the weight of him being so low. my tummy changes to low and egg shaped and walking gets harder so I want him to go head down now and stay there and stop going back to transverse. Plus Ive already been told if he stays transverse for much longer they will do a section and I have two other kods here so I would rather not because the healing time is long xxx

So many typos sorry.. im on my phone x

Oooh okay. I'm not there yet with the pain and stuff since mine is probably closer half the size of yours. But my little boy changes positions all thruout the day, so mayb all boys are indecisive before birth too! cuz i know most of them are after! Hehe

My boy was transverse when I woke up this morning, you could see his outline clearly when I sucked in, it was bizarre (and also kinda painful, my poor AB's lol)l!!
Feels either breech or head down again now, got MW later, so we will see!

That is super freaky!!! I can see a leg or shoulder sometimes xx Good luck Dan-o missinh you in the april thread xxx

My boy has been in the perfect position and practically fully engaged for ages, then all of a sudden this week he is all over the shop! One day he feels posterior, the next transverse, sometimes it feels like I can't find any lumps or bumps, no idea where he's hiding! Also pretty sure he's no longer engaged as I can walk normally again! Bit concerned he has decided to leave it this late to start moving around, I'm nearly 37 weeks!!!

Try sitting on a birthing ball - my little boy was transverse and now he is head down :)

Hoping its just a phase and he settles into a better position in the next few weeks!
