So after having false labor for three weeks and being stuck at a fingertip dilated and 50% effaced I went to my doctor appointment Friday where I was getting an U/S and a NST at 40 weeks. Turns out little one did not have enough cushion as my fluid level was too low. I was sent to the hospital to be induced 
I was already having mild contractions and had progressed to 2 cm and 60-70% thinned out. They gave me cervadil to get it going more and by 6:30 Saturday morning I had dilated to 6 and was able to progress on my own so no Pitocin needed! At 9:44am saturday after having no epidural and pushing for 15 mins my baby boy arrived! So happy to have him here!!!
