Im gonna start out by saying that this is my first baby so I'm gonna try to describe things to the best of my ability :haha:

At our 3D at exactly 29 weeks the tech said baby is very low, thats why in none of the pics can you see the top of his head because its right there on the cervix. Now today after walking to get lunch I could feel myself "wabbling" significantly, its almost difficult to move at all thats how low I feel him. Also earlier today he seemed to have hiccups and I could feel them in my vajay-jay lol

Also now my lower back is cramping which I am assuming is BH, some sort of mild contractions. Also feel them slightly on my lower, lower abdomen.

I read somewhere babies can drop and then come back up again a few times before birth. Anyone experience this and at what point should I be concerned if at all?

UPDATE: slightly getting more and more nervous, lower back cramps are getting more intense. There is really no peak to them they just seem to have been constant for about an hr now. I thought BH is suppose to be tightnings only, no pain involved? Plus I can't really feel it in my stomach except a little bit very low. Mostly lower back.. period like cramps.

I had that at 28 weeks. I was told not to worry as I am not bleeding and the cramps are not coming and going they are persistent. It took about 4 hrs for the pain to subside after having paracetamol and lying down. If you feel really bad unbearable pains pls go get yourself checked

I would say rest and drink some water make sure your hydrated but if it persists or worries you call the dr better safe

It is most likely just the baby hitting a nerve or something, I've been getting the back pain/spasms the last couple days (which I thought may have been partly contractions but then I figured out that I think the pain is cause me to have a BH because I don't get one every time I have the pain only sometimes). They don't sound like contractions but I would call the doctor just to be on the safe side. I have a list from L&D about when to come in to be checked out and "any sharp consistent pain" is on the list. If they were braxton hicks you would notice your uterus going hard if you were to feel it. I sometimes can't even tell when I am having a contraction but other times when I feel my braxton hicks they are quite uncomfortable (but not so much as to be painful).

I would say try to take it easy rest and drink lots of water.

Hi nikki! I've been dealing with a cold for about 3 days now. I get the occasional lower back cramping episode but I think its just my body slowly getting ready.

Whoa!!! When you said hiccups way down there I know exactly what you mean. I can feel them so low!!!!

How are you feeling today?

I'm only 28 weeks

I read that first babies drop early. xx

Moorebetter: today my bbs have been leaking a lot and had some period like cramping in my back but nothing significant.

Interesting! My Bobby's haven't stated to leak yet
Keep us updated :)

What do you think about this crazy weather?!?!?!?

Mine started at 20 weeks! Still keep having these back cramps and upset stomach... blah
and yeah we got tons of snow!

I'm 28 weeks and baby is soooo low! A woman in Tesco randomly told me how low I was carrying the other day and she couldn't believe it when I said I was 28 weeks. The lower back pain is constant and is killing me. I feel so much pressure both on my back and the right side of my pelvis. It must be fairly normal as most PPs and yourself are around about the same weeks as me.

Good luck and I hope it's not too painful :)
