Baby engaged at 28 weeks?

So I've been having period pains and a really heavy feeling in my uterus (as if baby is going to fall out) for the last 3 days.
It's feeling better today and I've noticed my bump went down, I pee more and I can breathe loads better.
Could it be baby has engaged already?
What did baby engaging feel like for you?

at my 28 week mw check she said baby was headdown and engaged and I feel the same as you xxx

no probs Be aware that baba does move in and out of that position lol and sometimes my breathing is harder again lol but they she drops again lol and the need to wee is extreme lol!!! xxxx

At my last doc visit I told her how when he moves sometimes it feels like air coming out sorry tmi but like his hand or something is gonna come out haha she said she thinks he is head down n his head and hands hitting my cervix can make it feel like that so I think its normal!!

Hahahaha cheers. I got up 4 times last night to pee. First time ever since falling pregnant and had to pee loads more during the day too lol.
