Baby facing downwards

I ended up going to the emergency for Sharp pains they said everything seems fine and it might just be from the baby growing and so they gave me a ultrasound and my baby's just laying facedown kicking his legs so his butt fly's up in the air. Thought it was kinda funny, has anyone else had there baby facing downwards?

This early on they move all around in all sorts of positions. Glad to hear all is fine.
