Baby Friendly gravy recipe?

Does anyone have a baby friendly gravy recipe? I'm making up Amelia's own Christmas dinner and I'd like to add gravy to it to make it more platable. I know that some company's make a reduced salt version but I'd rather make my own. Can anyone help???

I just make pan gravy from the meat juices and vegetable stock with nothing else added.

I just melt some butter, then add in the same amount of flour and let that cook just a min then add in some reduced sodium broth and let it thicken a minute. If I was making for people other than just the baby I'd season it more but for her I'd just do that
