baby has extremely red weeping creases - mixed advice - what works?!!

I am sure my LO had something exactly like this early on. He's still tiny and adjusting to life on the outside - they get all sorts of rashes to start with.

I'd just keep baths at a minimum and not wash him with anything except plain water. It'll probably go away on its own.
