Baby is sleeping lots and not feeding as much!

Hey girlies!

Jake's really changed over the past few days.

Sometimes he will take 6 ozs then 5 at other times.
Last night he had his last feed at half 11. (6ozs)
He then woke up at 8 for another feed (5ozs.

Now he usually feeds every 3 hours.. but he's still fast asleep. Was due at half 11.
Should I just leave him?! He's only had two bottles today and it's nearly 1!

So, your LO slept through the night without feeding - sound fantastic!!

Anna slept through from about 12wks on.

Anna has only had 1 bottle too, and its after 1.30pm but she didnt get up til nearly 10am!!

I think they need their sleep -if they are desperately hungry they will let you know!

Also, cant believe your LO can take a 6oz bottle!!!! That is the most ever my Anna could take at a time and that was not until she was 4 months!!

Hehe!! Yeah im quite happy with the fact he doesnt wake for about 8 hours.
He must be very well tuned in to his mummy's needs!

I usually try and get 6ozs into him at night time, it just depends. Sometimes he drains it, sometimes he'll leave an ounce!

After a growth spurt Rhys would sleep more

Perfectly normal. Usually at the beginning of a growth spurt my LO will sleep a lot but not eat much. Then once the spurt really hits, he will do nothing but eat and sleep. One day he had nearly 60 ounces!
