Ok just been for my 31 week check up and according to the midwives measurements the baby is now measuring 34 weeks.
I am worried.
DD was 17 days late needed to be induce, DS was 14 days and needed to be induced. So this baby will be massive if hes left for 2 weeks. Midwife didnt sound concerned, no offer of scan or even checked for gestural diabetes. My sister had a section has her baby was 9lb6 and he was too large to come out. :( Im so worried, I dont want a section!

I wouldn't worry.. Estimates of baby's size are known to be very inaccurate. Fundal height can change based on baby's position so you may measure smaller in your next appt.

Are you sure hun my stomach feels like its doubled in the last 3 weeks. Clothes are tighter. :( If hes measuring big at around 38 will they induce me on my due date if I ask them too or will they leave it for 2 weeks?

FH is really inaccurate hun its more to just check they follow a 'line' and are growing at a steady pace.. im two weeks ahead on all my measurements too, but im also 2 weeks ahead on every scan ive had since 12 weeks.. so my MW wont let me go over my DD but that's ONLY because he is bigger on scans as FH varies so much..
try not to worry, if your line goes in an irregular pattern after a couple more measurements your MW may send you for a scan to check babys weight, but if this is normal for GA then you will be absolutely fine to go over your EDD x

Fundal height is nonsense imho!

I've been measuring behind in fundal height since 32 weeks, eg. Today I measured 35, but am 38+1!

However I have had 2 scans (due to GD) one at 31+5 and baby measured 33+5, and the last one at 35+5 and baby measured 39+4!!

Both methods are by no means accurate, they are just a rough guess!

I really wouldn't worry, if your mw was concerned about anything she would get it checked out. The norm is not to worry unless fundal height is +/- 3 weeks (but as in my case it still doesn't mean anthing!)
