JJ, the heating pad didn't help your hip at all? It's still the only thing that keeps me going sometimes. I like my belly band too.

Hi hun. No not really much relief. Its such a bugger. I try balance between a pillow at back and preggy pillow on front to alleviate weight on hip. Some nights it helps. I threaten an armchair in my lounge, i might move it to our bedroom and sleep in it lol!
