Baby names can be ridiculous...

I sometimes have a look at the naming threads as it can be fun and give ideas.

But some people's names are soooo awful. I'm not going to name any, but what is it with some people making names up or rearranging a proper name to create a hideous alternative.

I find it quite funny and it gives me a laugh that the 'blessed' pregnant can choose so badly, lol lol lol .

A little sick but it gives me a kick, he he.

I think the absolute worst is that celeb who named her child "Apple". How flipping ridiculous to name your child after produce!!! I can only imagine she's going to have to pay off her tormentors with her mother's $$.

I am a kindergarten teacher and one of the "games" us teachers play in the beginning of the year is to see who has the most difficult names to pronounce! I really shouldn't say any names, but I feel this one is completely rediculous (and it comes with a story):
My sister, who is also a teacher, was talking with a collegue of hers who had a student named La-a (pronounced la-dash-a). My sister looked at the other teacher and said, "technically, that's la-hyphen-a)!
You wouldn't believe some of the names I see!
