baby shower?

How many people did you all have at your baby shower? or plan on having? seems that since i have gotten pregnant i have lost most of my friends, did any of you have a small baby shower and still have fun? I feel like my baby shower is going to be a disaster

Mine was mainly just family and my best friend, she still got a lot of stuff and everyone enjoyed all the games and food. It's not really about having a giant humongous thing, some people have small ones and others have huge ones. I think I had about 20-30 people when I had mine and it was mostly made up of cousins and my OH's family. I preferred having a smaller one compared to a big one, everyone wants pictures and to talk and I just wanted to stuff my face .

At such a young age, baby showers are more for family, and receiving baby items you really need. I mean, I know for a fact that none of my friends would really get me anything. I'm having mostly me and FOB's family and just a few friends, and I'm still super excited!

Only sad thing is my parents are in another state. Its been pretty hard and me and my OHs mom do not get along. maybe im just over thinking the whole thing but i cant stop picturing me walking into my baby shower and like no one being there! lol

I havent had mine yet. Its supposed to be Feb. 3rd. But like you since i have gotten pregnant i have realised i dont have any real friends anymore Only like 3..

Im scared to have a baby shower and only like 2 people show up. I dont have a great family. Anyways i guess we will just see

I'm not having one but if I did id only have maybe 10 people, half my family live 300 miles away and my friends are all too busy with their own lives.

I had about 20 people at my baby shower, but literally they were all co-workers and family. I didn't have any "friends" there. At that point in my life I'd lost most of them so didn't want to include any of them at my baby shower. We had a blast though. Had it only been like 10 people, we still would've had fun. You'll have a great time though, don't worry about it!

i don't know if i want a baby shower, but if i do husband's fam and some of mine will be there and my best friend. that's it.
