baby showers?

i was just wondering if you guys planned on having a baby shower or if you have had one in the past? i know its originally an american thing, but what are your thoughts? also if you are planning on having one, are you planning it or is someone planning it for you?

I'm planning on having one on the 13th of Feb - I'm due about a month after so that should hopefully be a good time for it

I'm planning it myself, though it's being held at my mum's house and we're both preparing the food. Though I've admittedly already written the guest list, the food list and some of the games out So much fun to plan, though.

I've told people that if they would like to bring a gift then they can, and we only really need nappies/diapers as we're overloaded with things as it is

I can't wait for my baby shower! Are you having one? xx
