Has anyone ever used one?
Rio has been to the doctors as his temp is not moving from 39 degrees with paracetamol and ibuprofen. Doctors sent me home with a urine sample bag and want me to go back at 4:40pm.
I've put it on following the instructions but his penis looks squashed and there is no air in the bag. Have I done it wrong or is this normal and will it fill out when he pees?

We used one but on a girl so it was more complicated lol. Its not supposed to have air in it tho so it sounds right, it should expand once the pee goes in.

It's been a while since I used one as we just use pots for urine samples but that sounds about right, I remember his bits looking a bit squished!

A little O/T, but I am so thankful these U-Bags exist. Doctors here in the US are so stupid when it comes to an intact penis that they think there are no other options but to forcefully retract and use a catheter :nope:

I got a good woman doctor though when they needed a sample from my son and they used a U-Bag. Such a great invention!

And I don't remember there being much air in the bag. It should expand

Hope your little guy gets better soon :hugs:

Thanks ladies! We did it :) thankfully no UTI. Doctors think the fever is a virus but it's gone down with paracetamol as well as ibuprofen so I'll keep him dosed up for now :(
