Haha no, not the disturbing kind, just Maria performing 'downward facing dog'

Ahah that's so cuute! My local gym does baby yoga from 18 mths?! Haha

LOL Is she feeling relaxed now.

Judging by her demanding screeches...I'm gonna say she needs to do more yoga :haha:

Very cute, I wish I found the downward dog as easy!!! It's my yoga nemesis

Noooo... It's supposed to be easy. It's a "rest" position. :haha:

Avery needs some yoga too. To unlearn the whine she learned last week.

it's anything but restful :haha:

I live in fear of my yoga teacher spotting me mid-try and giving me a helping hand, happens most weeks

We did baby yoga. It's not really yoga, kinda stretching the babies and then swinging them about while thinking about our pelvic floor!!

More for the younger babies I think. I can't even change a nappy without a fight now or having to sing some random song to distract her, so not sure she would be too happy with me trying to stretch her!!

Nappy changes are a fight for me too, singing doesn't work. And constant pooping means constant changes...she's had 3 bedtime nappies so far tonight :dohh:
