Babys Position??

ok so i will try 2 explain this the best i can- i was in the bath last night and led back just 2 have a soak when the baby looked like it had moved 2 a transverse position instead of my belly facing up it went out each side and my belly botton was no longer sticking out, it was like really flat in the middle and sticking out each side he was also kicking on the one side it really freaked me out can this happen at my stage of pregnancy should i be worried? i think hes gone back head down now cos i can feel pressure down below. Xx

I'm not sure if this can happen at that point, but I do know they can squirm a TON at this point still. Whens your next appointment?

I had a friend who had a transverse pregnancy and it was incredibly obvious. She looked like she had a flat beer belly, didn't really look like a preggo belly at all. Maybe yours was just turning and you saw him flipping around?

I have heard that they can turn as late as labor. Hopefully your baby will turn back if he hasn't already. Just ask the dr at your next visit to check it out for you because you are worried, hun.

thanx ladies thats exactly how i wanted 2 describe it a flat beer belly when i was in the bath, im sure he turned now has his feet are under my ribs i can feel him kicking, i got the midwife in the morning anyway so i will explain to her, also hes been head down since 28 week appointment every time ive seen the midwife his head had been down maybe he was doing 1 more flip before he starts to engage Xx
