Back ache - anyone??

Hi all

I've only just found out I'm pregnant, only 3w5d.

But I've started having quite bad lower back ache. I don't remember having this with my first and it seems really early for it.

Should I be worried?

I'm also getting crampy feeling in my stomach like I'm going to come on. Terrified everytime I got to the toilet.

I'm 6 weeks in and last night it was terrible. I was aching in my back and cramping. I'm fine and there isn't anything else going on, but I sure was miserable.
