Back from my 16 weeks MW appointment.

I had bloods taken for the tripple test like my last pregnancy and water samples all fine and i heard babys heart beating for first time today and that really put a smile on my faceI love this part of pregnancy it make all the sickness worth while im so happy i love it even though this is my second pregnancy its still special

I had mine a few weeks ago. I made the mw find the heartbeat even though she didn't want to and found it almost straight away. However i'm finding these weeks starting to drag now. 13 days till our 20 wk scan and it seems like a lifetime! xxx

The Tripple test is to screen for Downs Syndrome but its not 100% though but i had it done with my daughter.Then got a letter back a week later saying she was low risk but your MW will explain moreGood luck with your appointments tomorrow ladies its amazing to hear the little heart beat thuding away

Yay!! I had my midwife appt today too!!

It was really rushed tho, 15 minutes, and only a few precious moments listening to the heartbeat- which she found straight away
