hi everyone. i have been taking provera and clomid every month. i do not get periods or ovulate on my own. i have done 4 rounds of clomid so far, the first one not working. i decided to not take anything last month because my husband was supposed to be gone the wk when i would o. i went to the doctors yesterday, and he basically said i messed up my cycles by doing that. welllll....i only get 3 more months of the clomid, then he says i can't take it anymore, so i don't feel like i messed anything up. then he proceeded to do a pelvic exam (which i have monthly to check for cysts) and deglove, pat me on the back and tell me good luck. this was all after he told me all about how he had to work his kids' soccer game that night. i was so furious when i left. don't tell someone you are trying to help ttc all about how you don't want to go to your kids' soccer game for 1 and 2.....how insensitive can you be? a pat on the back and good luck.

OMG sopunds like a bad Dr to me

why can you not have clomid? who does he think he is?

hello sophe. thank you for not reading and running like everyone else did on here! it is not that he won't give me clomid...its that it is only recommended for 6 months and that is it because of the high risk of cysts developing. i am now starting on month 4 in october.
i didn't have any complaints about the doctor until now. i think i was just pmsing haha.

You mentioned that clomid didn't work. You didn't ovulate?
Femara might be a good option if you're not ovulating on clomid.
