Back Pain

I am about 7 weeks pregnant and for the last week my back is absolutely killing, its where the bra straps go around. I have had to take my bra off at work.

Do these bits stretch? I really cant remember. I have a decent maternity bra but I am going tomorrow to get resized

I have the opposite end of my back hurting, got really bad lower back pain. Never heard of the top of the back hurting as a sign of pregnancy, maybe you've strained it? Or been tense?

Thats what I thought its literally smack bang in the centre, maybe my boobs have grown to fast

Are you doing anything about your pain? I am going to the docs tomorrow x

I thought it was lower back but I had it in my shoulder blades soooooooooooo bad my 4th n 5th week seems to have gone again now you can take the odd paracetamol if it gets too much xx

Yeah its sort of that area I have taken paracetamol just bloody knacks x

Mine hurts especially when I'm active during the day so my cure is lying down it stops hurting then!

Might give that a shot once I finish work quite like having a hot bath as well

Yeah I had a bath today it helped but don't have it too hot apparently that can be dangerous x
