Anyone else got backache? By the start of the evening I get backache which eases if I lie down.

Me, my lower back starts to ache in the after and continues till I go to bed. I do sit in an office day all day long at work and maybe that is making it worse, Idk
I get tempted to use a hot water bottle but dont knw if that can cause any problems, I am only 6+4 along
It doesnt seem like it's a sign of MC and from what I have read it seems to be a common enough side effect of pregnancy.
