Bad back and popping hip

I have been suffering recently With a really inflamaed back. It feels warm at the base and it's painful to walk or sit for long. Also when I walk my left hip feels like it's popping out, it's painful and does not feel stable. I look weird walking also, what could this be?

hun sounds like SPD, hormones cause your pelvis to go soft and the bones rub together. mention it to mw and she should prescribe you a bump support band
