Once yesterday and twice today I've stood up and had to bend over and hold my stomach because of a bad sort of stabby cramp low down in my belly, I've been having mild cramps since my bfp and saw the epu nurse who says it's ok and take paracetamol and go in if it's really bad.
I don't know if it counts as really bad? I don't want to go in and have them think im making a fuss over nothing it only lasts a couple of seconds.
Should I call them in the morning for an opinion or just leave it and hope it goes away?

if its making you bend over in pain then i would go and have a word with someone... where abouts is the pain to one side or the tummy?

Mostly in the middle, I think I'm gonna call in the morning and see what they say.

i think its just your body getting used to the babie/s growing

They usually ask you to rate your pain on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the worst most excruciating pain there is. If you are scoring yourself at about a 7 or more, then it requires emergent care usually. And obviously if you are bleeding, you need emergent care for that as well.

Id say 5/6 like bad period pain it probably just is stretching...
No bleeding, I'd be at a&e already for bleeding.

then i would just take it easy and take parasetamol and a nice warm bath it should ease it and get better though out the pregnancy

i have the same! they feel like AF cramps! hopefully its nothing serious! i have my first doc appointment today to get it all confirmed etc so will let her know i think see what she says! xx
