Does anyone else have an oh that is sooooo bah humbug!

Yes I have spent quite abit on Chloe so far and got her some lovely things but I just can't help buying more, just showed him a little cleaning trolley that I know Chloe would love on Sainsburys website and his response was 'can you believe they make things like that, no wonder there are kids with ocd' I mean wtf, then I show him a till and he just gives me a look and says yeah remember her birthdays in March and we won't have anything left to buy her! aaaggghhh I have already brought a couple of secret stuff that i'm hiding in my boot from him as I can't be dealing with the lecture!!!

My money my choice - bloody men!!!!

lol! I was a spoilt little girl and my mum couldnt (and still cant) resist buying me things, Christmas eve night mum and dad always argued (known to me) as when my mum was putting the presents out he was always like, "there cant seriouly be more" and there was lol! good luck!

My fella is similar, though we haven't got kids yet. He moans because I wanna buy something for his brother's gf's daughters, and my cousins kids etc ... he's a right old scrooge

LOL .... this is a yearly ritual in our house too I always buy waaaaay too much according to him but my kids never got anything from their father or his side of the family so I guess I overcompensated and hey - I like to give them stuff - so what?

I've bought so much stuff for Kaylum this year that I daren't let him see just HOW much ... so I'm now buying him stuff and sneaking it to other people for them to 'give' him - it saves the arguments

aww im actually quite lucky as i buy so much for my boys and oh is the same even for my nieces he goes out and sees something and comes home and shows me lol he was out yesterday getting some of my things and saw 2 playboy gift sets and was like your niece taegan and alex would like that and he bought it lol i would just buy them the stuff and hide them lol if it were up to most men to buy the kids would have nothing lol

I wish my oh was like that lol, I'm so jealous ... he begrudges buying anyone anything, fair play last year we weren't in full time work, but this year he's just been given a full time job with a very generous salary and he's still moaning

OH is grand, he knows what im like and laughs, he does the same, especially for our daughter she has him wrapped around her fingers and she's only 2, god help him. If he wasnt like this it wouldnt stop me id buy it and say nothing, my money so my decision lol
