How about a "Bored At Home" thread, like how the WTT girls have a BAW (Bored At Work) thread?? Hopefully it'll get us all talking to each other and help us meet & get to know the rest of the mums with babies on here. Of course I understand people are busy.. I am too.. but nap time can get super boring sometimes.. and when you're staying up until the midnight/1am/2am feeds before you go to bed.. etc! What do you guys think? Guess we'll see how the response is..
I'm trying to get Elyse into playing and stuff but, okay.. she's 5 weeks old.. maybe I'm rushing her? LOL. I put her on her playmat and she just stares at the toys with this bewildered look on her face.. and if I put her in her bouncy chair she usually falls asleep.. my lazy baby
Dont worry you two, soon they will be 6 months old and you cant keep them busy enough lol... im not often that bored in the day, I only come on while Jasmine is napping or if Tom is playing with her.
I'm alwayyysss bored. Maxson sleeps atleast 20 hours a day But, He's still growing so I'm okay with that. He had a checkup today and he weighs 6 lbs 7 oz now Thats a whole lb and 3 oz compared to what he weighed 10 days ago
I'm ALWAYS bored. And Brianna actually loves to sit in my lap and watch me do stuff on the PC so it'd be a win win for me lol
do you ? I miss the old days ,lol but I love him moving about now. I'm still bored staying at home though. I love to be outside I used to work with people,talking with customers every day,now I'm home with the home wrecker there he is,right behind me now

I like the idea but i dont ever get a chance to the bored my duracell bunny doesnt stop to recharge his batteries!
I don't really get chance to get bored cos Charlie hardly ever sleeps for more than 10 mins in the day and when he is I have stuff to do but great idea for if I ever am bored! x
Love it - am often bored - thing is, i don't bother trying to nap when she does as if i do, she wakes 20 mins later....and if i don't she sleeps for flippin ages!

OMG, I always wondered what BAW stood for!!! I'm up for joining in, although,as all the other 6 month mummies, it won't be that often! Just having 5 minutes for lunch (Subway - steak and cheese on cheese and herb bread - yummy yum yum!!!), then it's 2 loads of washing to hang out, wnader up to the village for sirs weigh in, sort out the garden for a bbq on Sunday and still have to do the ironing! Of course, don't forget the multipe feeds and nappy changes in between!!!
