Bank charges

I saw a post somewhere about claiming back bank charges as the b'stards have charged us for going over drawn again.
ANy info or a link to the post woulde be great thanks.
Can't see probperly at the moment as have a migraine so sorry if any spelling cock ups!

Not sure if i'll bother as it say you have start up another bank account as they may close it, can't go through the hastle of finding another bak and swapping all the DDs!

Will speak to hubby and see what he thinks!
