Hey everyone! I got a new phone and my app deleted all my old temperatures! So of course I'm desperately trying to figure out if I ovulated. I do take my temps at the same time, and although I have no chart to pair with it, I thought maybe I could get some insight...
Do you think these temps would indicate ovulation?
CD 1-15ish temps were pretty much always right at 97.5 or 97.6. They did spike over a couple of days but I as sick with a fever so I'm not counting those (like 100.5, 98.9, etc). I think during this time I may have had one temp that read as high as 97.7.
Then, I experienced a low of 97.4 on either CD 17 or 18 (I can't remember). Then my next couple of temps were right back to normal.
Then these are my most recent:
CD 20: 97.8
CD 21: 97.6 (low again...ugh)
CD 22: 97.9
CD 23: 97.8
So, I know it's not a huge rise, but these last few temps with the exception of CD 21 have been higher....any thoughts? I would enter it into my app, but I don't remember my exact temps and dates. Life lesson....always write them down as well! Lol. Thanks!
