BBT and Miscarriage

I was just wondering if you chart your temps while pregnant if you had a miscarriage would your temps drop and if so would it be immediately?

It has been accurately used to predict ovulation and your period. I would think it would work the same if you had a miscarriage too.

But some people have a missed miscarriage and don't learn the fetus has died until a ultrasound reveals no growth or heartbeat.

Do anyone have any answers???

Sorry I can't help but I would also like to know the answer to this. I too temped while TTC and occasionally do so still as I think it would show a dip if I had a miscarriage or mmc. If you look on fertility friend chart gallery they all show a drop but I don't know how immediate.

Hopefully someone will know the answer!

When I had a mc in oct my temps stayed high until baby and sac left my body so that's probably why when people have a mmc they don't have the drop in temps as the hormones are still going on xx
