This is technically my first month tracking my BBT (I did so in November but with a regular thermometer which gave me wacky results and lost track in Dec) I am also using OPK. For the past week my temp has been steady at 36.20-36.22. The week prior I had issues sleeping and it was a little higher 36.40s. This morning I had a shift from 36.22 to 36.41 but I then got a positive OPK. Could this shift mean I've already ovulated or is it not significant enough?

I'd say give it a few more days of temping and you should see a clearer pattern :)

Going by the FAM method I would say no but even if your chart is on advanced I bet you haven't but are getting ready too. You haven't had a sustained significant thermal shift and sometimes women don't ovulate the same day as a positive opk but 1-2 days later. Good luck and keep us updated!
