BBT good nights sleep vs bad?

So my chart has been looking pretty good.... until today. 10 dpo and temp dip.

However. I went to bed at 11.30pm, woke at 1, back to sleep and woke at 3, back to sleep woke at 5 and took my temp.. 36.79, down from 37.04 yesterday. Took it again at 7.30 (after going straight back to sleep at 5) and it was 37.14?

Which is likely to be more accurate? I've kept the low one on my chart and hoping for a rise tomorrow.. but I'm just curious.
