Hope you're all having a good Monday so far.
I have a bbt dilemma... I usually wake up at 6:15 and temp; this morning I woke up at 5 and had to pee, so I got up, took my temp since I knew I'd only get in another hour tops and figured after sleeping 7 hours this earlier temp would be more reliable.
It was near baseline, and at 8DPO I was hoping for an implantation dip and this seemed to indicate it could be it. I went right back to sleep and took it again at the usual time (about an hour later) and it was up .7 degrees! = My usual temp range lately.
So, I used my first one to calculate an estimated bbt for 6:15, and charted that - but why on earth did it rise up so much? Should I scrap today's temp altogether?
Ps- no obvious signs of implantation yesterday. And I actually feel less symptomatic or either impending AF or BFP, so I'm so confused Help, please?
