Okay so I'm temping this cycle. But I work night shift. I can usually wake up around the same time during the week but not on the weekends. I usually change my sleep schedule to sleep at night on the weekends and during the week I sleep during the day and wake up at night.
I took my bbt this morning and it shot up. Any advice?
