BBT thermometer?

Can I use a normal oral thermometer to take my BBT or do I need to buy a special one?

The only real difference is that a BBT thermometer is more accurate as is takes your temp to a tenth of a degree, you can get them at walgreens, I think mine was about 10 bucks.
