BBT vs OPK?

My bbt has been up for the last two days (note, I have not been temping regularly as I've been sick, but where it's at the last two are conclusive with what post-O temps normally are for me), so I figured I O'd. Plus I had fertile cervix and EWCM.

But today I got a +OPK. They have been - up until today. Now I don't really know whether I O'd already or if I'm about to...

Any ideas Which would you go with?
