Bedtime help

ella gets up at varying times but has a 30min nap in the morning if she is up early, then snooze about 1.30 - 2.30/3 then bed at 7.30. for every nap its curtains closed up in our bedroom tv on but volumn down. It was hard at first, but she has learnt and will now get tired about the right time everyday and knows when its bedtime! I always sit with her but not talk to her when its nap time at least until she falls asleep and she is in her cot in our room now :)

good luck hun, she will get it if you keep to it!

No need to wake up babies earlier to get to sleep more at night thats ridiculous IMO lol a baby will get into a sleep routine on its own (with some help ) of course . Max didnt sleep nights at that age ..

I started around 3 months old getting into a routine ..bath at 8pm , massage till 9pm (baby johnson lavander) and off to bed on his own ..Dim the lights when feeding or massaging really helps allot .. I hope some of this may help you hun .. dont be jealous all babies are diff just hang in there !!
