I think I may be a bit happy about it. I have been forced to take my maternity leave in two weeks. With all my annual leave on the beginning of it, it does not actually start until mid December.

What stresses me out though is the fact I have to wait for them to hire somebody to do my job and train them as well!!! Hee Ho, two weeks to go and then nesting and time to make baby things!!!

awww cool! Mine starts new years eve, taking a month's annual leave first xxx

I finish up 4 weeks on Thursday - woo hoo!!!

Just in time to finish off a bit of christmas shopping, go to DS's christmas concert and have a bit of me time (ie get my hair and nails done)

I cannot wait I am too paranoid at work with all the sick people that I cannot relax all day. I might just get some gloves to save myself the hassle of using alcohol hand gel which i have just thought are we allowed to use it? I just want to get out of the germ infested place in one piece, especially because the dr i work with threw up all over the only toilet on the corridor today so I had to hold my bladder until I got home until deep clean team have been up and cleaned it. I refuse to use it. I will use the mens tomorrow if they have still not been

Eww gross. Surely the deep clean team should have cleaned it asap?! (i'm a cleaner at a hospital - any puke gets cleaned up as soon as they've puked the last dribble! lol!)

I hope we can still use alcohol gel!!

I've been using it every time I go into and out of one of the wards. Pretty sure its safe enough as pregnant nurses use it all the time.

As long as we're not drinking it think we should be fine!:haha:

Our deep clean team are useless!!! They are good on the ward but dont worry about the staff. It is mental health so not seen as serious as people who are physically poorly.
